本公司座落于大连市南关岭姚家工业区姚工街.90号. 厂房面积 1500 平方米。主要从事模具设计制造、塑料制品加工及新产品开发。
我公司采用国内最先进的技术为多家外资和国营企业制造各种模具。其中：为中台合资企业瓦房店荣泰工程塑料制品有限公司制作各种形状、规格的（尼龙）轴承保持架注塑模具60多付；为大连创新零部件有限公司制作各种冲压模具 80 多付；为大连奥博有限公司设计制作各种冲压模具 30 多付；为大连华明金属制品有限公司设计制做各种塑料模具40多付，并生产加工塑料制品。并为下列各企业：大连伸宏建筑材料有限公司（日本独资），大连天力塑胶有限公司（中日合资），洛克公司（荷兰独资），大连益多有限公司（日本独资），桑普迪克（美国独资），大连宏凯国际工贸有限公司（台湾独资），朝日兴业（日本独资），大连美丽夏田天（美国独资）等多个企业设计制作各种塑料、冲压模具和塑料制品。受到客户的好评。
本公司现有职工60 余人。其中：工程技术人员 4 名；高级模具技工 6 名，线切割操作工 6 名；放电设备操作人员 3 名；各种机械机床操作工 10 余名；注塑设备操作人员 40余名。现有各种设备20余台。
设备壮况：
1， 塑料成型机8台：95吨2台，165吨2台，90吨1台，40吨1台，400吨1台，230吨1台，320吨1台，650吨1台。
2， 模具加工设备：数控铣床1台，加工中心1台，放电设备1台，线切割加工设备4台等。

Our company is located at 90 Yaogong St.,Yaojia District,Nanluanling,Dalian,with an building area of 1500 sq.m. Our major scope is mould design and manufacture, plastic products fabrication and new product development.
Our company uses the most modern technology in China to make various moulds for both foreign and domestic state-owned enterprises, thereof, over 60 sets of mould with various forms and specifications (nylon) for the Sino-Taiwanese joint-venture Wafangdian Rongtai Engineering Plastics Inc.; over 80 sets of various moulds for Dalian Creation Parts Co.; over 30 various sets of punching moulds for Dalian Obo Co.,ltd.; over 40 sets of various mould for Dalian Huaming Metal Co.and produced plastic products. We have also designed and made plastic and punching moulds and plastic products for the following companies: Dalian Shenhong Building Mat’l Co(Japanese),Dalian Tianli Plastic & Rubber Co.(Sino-Japanese joint venture),Rock Co.(Hollandish),Dalian Yiduo Co.(Japanese),Sanpodick Co.(American),Dalian Hongkai International Trading Co.(Tanwanese),Zhaori Co.(Japanese),Dalian Meili(American).We enjoyed good reputation from our customers.
There are more than 60 employees in our company, including 4 technicians, 1st class mould workers,6 cutting operators, 3 electrical operators, over 10 lathes and machines operators, over 40 plastic casters and over 20 various equipement as described below:
1. 8 sets of plastic casting machines:2 with 95 tons capacity,2 with 165 tons capacity,1 with 90 tons capacity,1 with 40 tons capacity,1 with 400 tons capacity, 1 with 230 tons capacity, 1 with 320 tons capacity,1 with +650 tons capacity.
